Slidell Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Slidell Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: Only the three bedroom waiting list is open for families.The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 125 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.To apply, you must visit the SHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 1250 Martin Luther King Drive, Slidell, LA 70458-4508, from 8:30 am until 12:05 pm, on Wednesdays only.No documents are needed at this time.The SHA does have a preference for: Veterans, and applicants living in substandard conditions.For more information, visit the SHA website, or call the office at (985)726-9000, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, and every other Friday from 8:00 am until 1:30 pm.
